Are you make only a few hundred pieces a year or are looking for in house proof of concept tools while taking advantage of your existing equipment? SwageCo offers this spring loaded adapter for use with your current H-press/shop press and using any of our standard 1″- 3″ dies, you can swage cables with up to 1/2″ fittings.
Design Features
We can make dies in the appropriate size to match your press up to 150 tons. For example, 1″ dies can handle up to a 50 ton press max whereas 3″ dies can handle up to a 150 ton press max.
Dies can be swapped out in less than 1 minute and if you later decide to upgrade to a full sized hydraulic swager, you will be able to use the same set of dies.
