Swaging Dies
We make standard and custom swaging dies for any swaging machine at less than OEM prices. We also remachine worn dies to a larger size, so you can get more from your investment.
Hydraulic Swager
For high volume (up to 300/hr) production, hydraulic swaging presses will swage almost any fitting onto 1/4″ cable and up to 3/8″ cable (depending on the swager tonnage and type of cable used).
H-Press Adapter
For low volume production, this adapter will use your current H-press/Shop press together with our regular 2″ deep dies to swage cables with up to 1/2″ fittings.
Services
We have a full service machine shop and a highly experienced engineer on site and thus have the capabilities to repair, refurbish, or rebuild your existing swaging equipment. We have many years of experience serving the wire rope industry and are familiar with most of the more common OEM’s machinery. We can potentially service other non-Swageco machines that may need special attention. Contact us to discuss your needs.
